About Me

This blog came from my experiences as a life coach - and the realisation that too many clients were looking for a 'quick fix', a magic button that would make everything right. Well life doesn't work like that! And this blog aims to demonstrate that.

Now, full disclosure - I am rubbish at keeping to a shedule, so my postings are likely to be irregular. It's been a year since I started this venture and I haven't even completed the web site yet! You'll find out more in the blog posts (when I get round to it...)

Let me introduce you to the current gang (and you will hear more about them in the blog), first there is me, Jan, designated social media expert, largely by virtue of the fact I have opposable thumbs; Cassie, a 10 year old Romanian rescue dog who has been with me since 2020 after 6 years in a shelter; Beggbie, Princess Laya & Lady Henelope - the chickens, and; Sam, a 5 year old foster dog from Bosnia.

As a visitor here, you are part of a fantastic community. I am happy to help you, if I can, and we always need help here - there is so much to do! Happy to hear your comments and advice, we could often use the encouragment - so please follow us on social media or drop us a line.
